Our Beloved Pets

Using Internet Explorer

Currently, you cannot upload files directly from your browser if you are using Explorer on the Mac. See the Other Options section below for Mac-based FTP suggestions. Win95 users can upload directly from their browser to our FTP site as explained below.

Using Explorer for Win95

As you know, Internet Explorer does not have FTP upload capability. However, if you are using Explorer 4 or better for Win95, you can now complete the entire ordering process and file upload directly from our web site.

To do this you must install a certificate that enables Explorer to upload directly to our FTP site. This saves you the time and hassle of having to quit your browser and launch a separate FTP program to upload your file to us.

To use the online order area to upload a file to us, you need to generate a quote and then select place an order. The first time you use this system to upload a file to Imagers you will be presented with the dialog box shown below.

You should choose Yes to install the certificate - otherwise you will not be able to complete the order process and upload your zipped file to us for output. This is a valid certificate that is authorized and approved. You will only see this notice the first time you attempt to upload.

You will not be able to upload your file to Imagers using our online ordering process if you choose not to install the certificate. If you do not load the certificate, but attempt to upload a file anyway, you will receive the error message shown below.
